With over 25 years of experience in the real estate development and construction industry, Chris Saban brings seasoned expertise and practical insight to his role as Accounting Manager at Foster Financial CPA.

Chris began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, then moved into senior finance roles as Controller for both public and private real estate developers. His deep understanding of construction accounting, including draw processes, job cost budgeting, and detailed financial reporting  makes him a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex projects.

A proud graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Accounting, Chris is known for his client-first approach, collaborative spirit, and meticulous attention to detail. He thrives on building long-term partnerships with real estate professionals who value clarity and control in their financial operations.Outside of work, Chris is an outdoor enthusiast who finds balance and adventure in hiking, camping, biking, paddleboarding, skiing, and scuba diving.
